Enjoy a ride on the winding roads of the Buda Hills to Zugliget -a fascinating neighbourhood of the city famous for it’s beautiful villas. Take a spectacular journey on the chairlift to Janos hill (János hegy) and visit Erzsebet lookout tower located on the peak 529 m high above the city and enjoy a breathtaking view of Budapest. In clear weather you can even see the Tatra mountains in Slovakia! Return to the valley with chair lift and drive to Budakeszi village to visit Budakeszi Wildlife park where wildlife lives in it's own natural habitat. View Hungarian and European widlife among them mammals (fox, wolf, bear, jackal, wild boar, deers, mouflon, bison etc) and birds (eagle, owls, jay, mallard, quail, pheasant, etc). There is also a little farm with the most popular Hungarian domestic animals.You may also cute a few friendly animals in a designated area of the park according to a daily schedule . After the visit you will be provided time for lunch in the park cafe. In the afteroon drive to Palvölgyi Cave and take a guided tour in the longest cave of Hungary remarkable for its beautiful stalactite formations. In the late afternoon return to the city and take a senic ride along the riverbank with spectacular views of Budapest to complete the experience of this unforgottable day.

Janos Hill –Erzsbet lookout tower
János Hill (János-hegy) is the highest point of Budapest located on an altutude of 529 m high above the city. On top of Janos Hill stands the Erzsébet Lookout Tower, built in 1910 to commerorate the visit of the royal couple Austrian Emperor and Hungarian king Frances Joseph and his wife queen Elisabeth nincknamed Sissi who was the most beloved queen of Hungary. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the city. The visibility is amazing , in clear weather you can see as far as 80 kilometers away, and locals claim that in certain atmospheric conditions even the peaks of the High Tatra Mountains are visible in the distance.

A beautiful rock formation stands above Zugliget close to the lower station of the chairlift.
Chairlift
The Chairlift ("Libegő" in Hungarian) is a popular alternative means of transport in the Buda Hills. The nearly 1-km-long, cable-suspended conveyance is found in district XII, and takes riders up the side of János Hill in about 15 minutes. Near the upper station stands the Erzsébet Lookout Tower, providing an amazing view of Budapest
Budakeszi Wildlife park
The wildlife park situated just a stone throw from Budapest in Budakeszi forest where wildlife lives in it’s natural and authentic habitat. You can see here Hungarian and European mammals: rabbit, fox, squirrel, hedgehog, lynx, wolf, bear, jackal, stone marten, ferret, badger,rat, racoon, dog, wild boar, deers, mouflon, bison, and birds: eagle, buzzard, owls, jay, magpie, raven, mallard, quail, pheasant, dove, pigeon etc. and you are also allowed to touch a few friendly wild animals according to daily schedule at a designated area of the park. There is also a small farm where you can see native Hungarian domestic animals such as rabbit, hungarian pied (cow), donkey, goat, sheep, goose, duck, chicken, pig duck and dog.

Palvolgyi Cave
This 29km-long cave discovered in 1904 is the longest cave of Hungary including the connecting Matyashegyi and Szemlohegyi caves and it is noted for its spectacular stalactites and rock formations. The tour last 45 minutes and it is 500 m long taking you through narrow passages and up several hundred steps. Highlights include John's Lookout in the largest of chambers, as well as Radium Hall, reminiscent of Dante's Inferno. The temperature is a constant 11°C so wear a jacket or jumper.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday tours are on every hour starting at 10.15. The last tour is at 16.15. Admission HUF 1400 ( EUR 5)

Liability
The tour participant drives the scooter at his/her own risk. The driver is liable for damages caused to the scooter at his/her fault up to maxiumum HUF 150.000/ EUR 500. Damage is calculated according to the price list available at the office.
