Memento Park
Memento Park offers an exciting journey back in time to the era of the Communist dictatorship when Hungary was behind the Iron Curtain. The park showcases 42 giant statues that stood in the city during the communist times including Red Army soldiers, Marx, Engels, Lenin and many more. The multi-million dollar state of the art Korda Film Studios is considered as Hungarian Hollywood where international feature films such as Hellboy 2, The Golden Army and Season of the Witch, and TV mega-productions The Borgias and World Without End have been filmed. The studio is named after the famous Korda brothers who were producers of such famous movies as The Thief of Bagdad, The Jungle Book, The Private life of Henry VIII. Zsámbék

Zsámbék Ruin Church
The key element of the village landscape is the Ruin Church, built in the first half of the 13th century by the Premontre monastic order. The Pálos monks received the property as a donation by King Mathias in 1475. The former Zichy castle is situated in Zichy square, which housed the Catholic Teacher Training College for several decades. The construction of the castle started in 1100, and by the Turkish occupation era, it had become one of the most important castles by the border in the county. Convent Garden the historic park of the village, with its special atmosphere used to be a part of the castle.
